These festivals and Pujas are only meant for people belonging to Hinduism. Others can select a sacred day of their custom. Anybody can wear Rudrakshas with a pure heart.
It is also told that the best time to wear any Rudraksha is between 6.00 A.M to 7.30 A.M, with an exception to Ashtamukhi. 4.30 P.M to 6.00 P.M is good for Ashtamukhi.
